Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the 3pattimaster.vip website and the 3Patti Master Vip Android application. By creating an account or playing on the platform you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use 3Patti Master Vip. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that real-money skill gaming is legal in your state of residence. Age and identity are verified at registration and at the first withdrawal request.

2. State restrictions

Real-money play is automatically restricted for users resident in or located in: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. Practice-money play remains available in those states. State of residence is established by combination of phone-number registration state, IP geolocation and the state declared at PAN verification. Misrepresenting your state to access paid play is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings derived from such play.

3. Skill-based gaming

Indian courts have classified Teen Patti, Rummy and similar three-card and thirteen-card formats as games of skill, protected under Article 19(1)(g) of the Indian Constitution. The 3Patti Master Vip game catalogue is built around skill-based formats. However, skill does not eliminate financial risk — every game involves wagering real money and outcomes are subject to variance. Play only with funds you can afford to lose.

4. Deposits

Deposits are accepted via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), IMPS, NEFT, and supported card rails (RuPay, Visa, Mastercard). Minimum single deposit is ₹20. Deposits credit to your in-game wallet typically within seconds of payment authorisation. Failed deposits are auto-refunded to the source within 24 hours; persistent failures should be reported to [email protected].

5. Withdrawals

Minimum single withdrawal is ₹100. Withdrawals process to the verified UPI handle or bank account on file. First-time withdrawals require a one-time identity verification consisting of PAN number, government ID image and a selfie match. Typical UPI clearance time is five minutes during banking hours (9 am to 8 pm IST); IMPS and NEFT settle within one working day. We reserve the right to require additional verification for withdrawal amounts above ₹50,000 in a single calendar day under applicable Indian anti-money-laundering regulations.

6. TDS on winnings

Under Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act 1961 (effective 1 April 2023), 30% TDS is automatically withheld on net winnings at the time of withdrawal. Net winnings are calculated as (total winnings minus total deposits) for the financial year, exclusive of bonuses. Your in-app TDS Statement (Account → Statements) reflects the TDS withheld and the corresponding Form 26AS entry filed with the Income Tax Department. A consolidated TDS certificate is issued at the end of each financial year.

7. Bonuses and promotional credit

Promotional credit (welcome bonus, deposit boost, daily login rewards, tournament prize pools) is subject to wagering and timing terms published in-app at the moment of grant. Promotional credit cannot be withdrawn until the published wagering requirement is met. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or collusion to "wash" wagering requirements — is grounds for forfeiture of bonus balances and possible account suspension.

8. Responsible play

Every account has access to deposit limits, session timers, automatic loss caps and self-exclusion controls under Account Settings → Responsible Play. We strongly encourage every user to configure at least a daily deposit limit at signup. Self-exclusion locks your account for the chosen period (minimum 24 hours, maximum permanent); during self-exclusion, your balance is preserved and refundable upon expiry. 9. Fair play

All 3Patti Master Vip cash games run on a provably-fair RNG. Round seeds are cryptographically committed before each round and revealed after, allowing any user to verify the result independently. Use of automation, bots, table-bot software, or any form of collusion between accounts is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances. Suspected unfair play should be reported to [email protected] with the round identifier; our fairness team responds within 48 hours.

10. Account suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe the account has been used for fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, collusion, bonus abuse, or other breach of these terms. Balances may be frozen pending investigation. Where investigation concludes against the user, balances may be forfeited as compensation for damages and reasonable investigation costs. Where investigation concludes in favour of the user, the account is reinstated with full balance and a written acknowledgement of the resolution.

11. Limitation of liability

3Patti Master Vip provides the platform "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Our liability for any cause of action is limited to the lesser of (a) the user's wallet balance at the time the cause of action arose, or (b) ₹50,000. We are not liable for losses arising from network outages, ISP failures, device malfunctions, third-party payment processor issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

12. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the platform shall first be addressed via written notice to [email protected], with a guaranteed response within 30 days. Disputes unresolved at that stage shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, seated in Mumbai, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive supervisory jurisdiction.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
