Why was my UPI deposit declined?
Common reasons: insufficient balance on the funding bank account, your UPI app's daily transaction limit hit, NPCI maintenance window, or the merchant verification flag from your bank. Retry after a few minutes or use a different UPI app.
Withdrawals & TDS
How long does a withdrawal take?
UPI withdrawals typically clear within five minutes during banking hours (9am-8pm IST). IMPS and NEFT settle within one working day. First-time withdrawals require one-time PAN and ID verification which can add up to one working day.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
₹100 per single withdrawal. There is no maximum on UPI withdrawals; large withdrawals above ₹50,000/day may require additional verification under anti-money-laundering rules.
How does 30% TDS work?
Under Income Tax Act Section 194BA, 30% TDS is automatically withheld on net winnings at withdrawal. Net winnings = total winnings minus total deposits during the financial year, excluding bonuses. The TDS is reflected in your in-app TDS Statement and corresponds to Form 26AS at the Income Tax Department.
Do I get a TDS certificate?
Yes. A consolidated TDS certificate (Form 16A) is issued at the end of each financial year, downloadable from Account → Statements. You can claim TDS credit on your annual income tax return.

What's the welcome bonus?

What are wagering requirements?
A wagering requirement means you must wager (not win — wager) a multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a ₹500 bonus with 10x wagering requires ₹5,000 of cumulative wagering across qualifying games before the ₹500 is convertible to real cash. Can I claim the welcome bonus more than once?
